The basic rule is: Reduce the intake of sugary drinks! Instead of one sweetened drink – drink a glass of water: in this way you can avoid to enter up to 10 times less sugar per day!
If you clean water too “ordinary”, you can squeeze into it a little lemon. Liquid sugar in soft, carbonated or non-carbonated drinks, cheats organism in terms of satiety, so you can drink a lot of these drinks, and thus to enter more calories and increase the amount of weight if they regularly consume.
Drink from tall glasses!
In this way you will reduce the number of liquid calories, and therefore increase the body weight, without dieting. If you use a high glasses instead of wide, have 25-30% less juice, non-alcoholic carbonated beverages, etc. One study at Cornell University has shown that a point in the visual experience – participants in the test (even experienced bartenders) would always pour more liquid into the wide, short glasses.
Limit your alcohol intake!
When you cannot avoid alcohol, first to do – drink a glass of water and then go to a cocktail, beer, wine… Alcohol has more calories per gram (7) than carbohydrates (4) or proteins (4). Also, alcohol makes you and the other “sinful ” – snacking unhealthy, salty and fatty snacks, too rich in calories and disastrous for the line.
Drink green tea!
Some research suggests that green tea may temporarily boost metabolism or burn calories in the body. Green tea is rich in other ingredients too that have a beneficial effect on health. Green tea can consume with lemon or mix it with other herbs to neutralize bitter taste. This tea shows anticancer effect, prevents the development of atherosclerosis (clogged arteries) and heart disease, increases metabolism and fat burning.
