Ingredients:
½ cup of peanut butter
¼ cup of agave syrup
1 cup of oat flakes
⅓ cup of rice flour
⅓ cup of flax flour
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
¼ cup of cranberry
Freshly squeezed juice of 1 orange
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation:
In a large bowl mix peanut butter, agave syrup, orange juice and vanilla extract. Add oats, sesame and flax seed flour, chia seeds and cranberries and stir well. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water, and if it is sticky, add oatmeal. Stir well the mixture by hand. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then remove from the refrigerator and shape the balls with your hands in the same size. As desired you can roll them in cocoa powder, sesame seeds, chia seeds. Serve immediately or store it in the refrigerator where balls can stand a few days.
