You will need:
For first layer, 400 g of dates (measured after removing the seeds) and 200 g ground carob; for the second layer of 400 g of dates (measured after removing the seeds), 200 g minced carrots, 200 g peaches.
For third layer: 200 g peaches, 200 g of dried apple, on top of the blade cinnamon or nutmeg; Fourth layer: 200 g blueberries, 100 g of coconut leaves, 1 cup water.
Note:
If not the season peaches can be used bananas or mangoes instead of peaches).
Equipment: knife and chopping board, food processor, cake mold, baking paper, scissors, blender.
Preparation
Remove the seeds from the date palm. Put the ingredients for the first layer – dates and carob – in food processor. Put these ingredients in a blender until you get a mixture like dough. Transfer this mixture in the mold for the cake and press it well to cover the entire surface of the mold. Not a bad idea to put a baking sheet on the bottom of the mold;
Put the ingredients for the third layer – peaches, dried apples and nutmeg – in blender. Put in a blender the ingredients for the third layer in the filling. Pour the mousse into the mold for the cake, on the other layer. Spread the filling evenly over the surface.
Put the ingredients for the fourth layer – blueberries, coconut ticket and water – in a blender. Put in a blender the ingredients for the fourth layer to fill. Pour the mousse into the mold for the cake, the third layer. Spread the filling evenly over the surface.
Decorate the cake as desired, leave it for a few hours in the freezer to harden and serve!
