Oat coconut cake
150 g of oat flake, 50 g coconut + for sprinkling, 2 teaspoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons coconut sugar,1 tablespoon honey 1 dl oat milk, 80 g dark chocolate and 75% cocoa.
Preparation
Grind oatmeal and mix it with coconut and sugar. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in the ½ dl oat milk. Pour the milk into the prepared mixture, add honey and remaining ½ dl milk. Stir well to unite the ingredients nicely. If necessary, add a little milk. Shape the mixture into the hands of the desired shape. Dissolve steamed dark chocolate with a spoon of coconut oil and coat the prepared surface. Sprinkle with coconut and leave to cool. The result I was more than satisfied. I got exactly what I imagined. The flakes are neutral flavor, so that the coconut fully come to the fore, which is exactly what I needed.
