For starters, you will need to eat a half of grapefruit for breakfast, accompanied by 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon. Lunch time will be defined by half a grapefruit, the meat you prefer (boiled or baked) accompanied by a vegetable salad. Last but not least, your dinner should be the same with your lunch, the only difference being that you need to replace the meat with fish. When it comes time to end the day, drink a glass of tomato juice or skim milk before bed. The diet is quite simple, and the only things you should mainly avoid are white onions, potatoes and celery.
But aside from the vegetables you are not allowed to consume, there are plenty you can eat, such as green and red onions, cucumbers, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, peas, cabbage, lettuce and radishes.
