If you wish to make this salad these are the things that you will need to do:
Ingredients:
– 1 can of black beans
– 4 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
– 2 chopped avocados
– ¼ of a cup of chopped red onions
– 1 cup of sliced grape tomato
– ¼ of a cup chopped cilantro
– 1 clove of garlic (by choice, can be excluded from recipe)
– lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper
– 1/2 cup corn
Instructions:
First, find two bowls. Use one to mix the drained and rinsed black beans and mix with the balsamic vinegar. Use the second bowl to mix the avocado, red onion, the tomato, corn and the cilantro. Get a tinier dish in which you will combine the lime juice and olive oil.
