It is particularly important to us vegans, because we can not use a hard-boiled egg as mass contrast bitterness asparagus. In our experience, stated are less bitter than cooked.
What we have discovered over the years, but traditionalists will indicate to begin to pull hair, is that asparagus are going well with spicy. One of the best combinations of pizza, for example, asparagus, preparation of truffles and porcini mushrooms and hot chilies.
Here’s a recipe for a quick and hot wrap that we organized after a successful expedition collecting fruit in the bush.
It is necessary:
- two smaller stalks of asparagus
- two tortillas
- clove of garlic
- two or three spring onions
- several cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- your favorite hot sauce
Clean the asparagus by breaking off the hard parts. Cut into slices of hot pepper and garlic and fry for a minute or two in a pan with olive oil. Add the asparagus. Be careful not to overcook. It does not take long – a few minutes. Be sure to stay juicy and retain a nice green color.
When you are done, stir in the chopped green onions and cut through tomatoes, salt and pepper. Arrange on warmed tortillas and cover with hot sauce. We used our favorite – Sriracha sauce with added ginger. Enjoy your meal.
